What you will need to understand:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound inquiries from potential and existing customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Log all correspondences with potential and existing customers in the CRM.
- Log the sales opportunities lost along with the reasons.
- Process quotes, orders and payments from customers in our Odoo ERP system.
- Collaborate and coordinate with key stakeholders including but not limited to sales, shipping, engineering, and production functions to ensure customers receive the highest level of customer service and delivery of their order within the shipping date committed.
- Monitor orders' progress by coordinating with shipping and production teams and update customers when necessary.
- Process warranty claims, sales returns and customer credits
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Positive work ethic
- Get it done - on time! Attitude.
- Previous CS experience (preferably related to the automotive aftermarket)
- Strong English communication skills (French an asset)
