Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support our administrative team. The ideal candidate will possess experience with office tasks, a highly efficient work rate, and excellent communication abilities. This role involves providing support and assistance in a variety of ways including, preparing, packaging and mailing documents, while ensuring smooth daily operations within a professional office environment. Prior office experience and familiarity with various software tools will be highly valued. The Office Assistant plays a vital role in maintaining efficient office workflows and delivering outstanding support to staff and clients alike.
Responsibilities
- Preparing, packaging and mailing documents.
- Handle administrative duties including photocopying, scanning, printing, and managing office supplies.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office and OneDrive.
- Ensure the office environment remains organized, clean, and welcoming for clients and staff.
- Occasionally, managing front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good phone etiquette.
- Ability to perform data entry accurately while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with team members.
Pay: $150.00-$250.00 per day
