Crossroad Enterprises is seeking a mechanically skilled maintenance professional to join our 15-member team. We provide property management and maintenance services for residential and commercial buildings. Competitive wages and superior extended health benefits are offered, along with a flexible schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., five days a week.
Our team offers a variety of opportunities for staff to excel in their chosen areas. Daily tasks include renovation work like indoor painting, cabinet repair, basic plumbing, drywall repairs and HVAC ventilation repairs. During the summer months, we often transition to outdoor work, including landscaping, sidewalk repairs, deck repairs, and general exterior building maintenance.
Crossroad Enterprises fosters a positive work environment that balances productivity with enjoyment. While a red seal qualification in carpentry or interior finishing is not required, well-developed maintenance and social skills are essential. Successful applicants will interact with tenants, customers, and fellow team members daily.
