Dispatcher – Night Shift
We are hiring Dispatcher for a night shift for a huge client of ours, you'll be working a consistent schedule based out of Brampton, ON, coordinating daily transportation operations and supporting drivers to ensure efficient and on-time service. This role is ideal for someone with dispatch experience in the transportation industry who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

- Night shift schedule:
- Monday & Tuesday: 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM
- Saturday: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Sunday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Supportive team environment
- Immediate start available – Weekly Pay
What you do:
- Coordinate and dispatch drivers efficiently to meet operational requirements
- Monitor routes and communicate with drivers throughout their shifts
- Respond to schedule changes and resolve delivery or transportation issues
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and update transportation systems
- Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal teams regarding shipment status
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations
- Provide timely support to drivers and escalate operational concerns when required
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of dispatch experience in the transportation industry
- Previous experience using TruckRight is required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work the scheduled overnight and weekend shifts
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
