We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of technology initiatives across our organization. This role is responsible for managing cross-functional projects, supporting software development efforts, and ensuring successful execution of technology programs that align with business objectives.
The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, product, quality assurance, and operations teams to drive project delivery, improve operational efficiency, and support the company's ongoing growth. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with experience managing software and technology-focused initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple technology initiatives and software projects.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define project goals, priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage project schedules, resource planning, and team workloads to support successful delivery.
- Monitor project progress and identify risks, dependencies, and potential issues impacting timelines.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
- Support the implementation of process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with leadership on technology initiatives and strategic business objectives.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and development of technical team members.
- Review project outcomes and recommend improvements to processes, workflows, and delivery practices.
- Track key performance indicators and provide regular project updates to management.
- Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and technology partners when required.
- Ensure software products and technology services meet quality, security, and operational requirements.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, project management, or technology leadership roles.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in software development or technology-focused environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project delivery practices.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other project management platforms.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and product delivery frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $75.00-$85.00 per hour
