Blair Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electrical is seeking a versatile team member who is willing and able to work in either our Customer Service / Dispatch Department or our HVAC Installation Department, depending on our business needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, is a quick thinker and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties
Customer Service/ Dispatch
- Answer incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Schedule service appointments and manage technician routes.
- Communicate with customers regarding arrival times and appointments updates.
- Support technicians and job information and customer communication.
HVAC Installation Department.
- Schedule Residential HVAC installation projects.
- Communicate installation dates and expectations with homeowners.
- Assist with rebates, financing, permits, project paper work and documentation.
- Ensure installations are prepared for a successful and efficient completion.

- Is willing to be cross-trained and support multiple departments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service, dispatching, scheduling or administrative experience.
- Experience in the residential HVAC, plumbing, electrical or home service industry is an asset.
- Experience with Service Titan or similar field service software is advantage but is not required.

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
