Shaganappi GM is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Finance Manager to join our dealership team.
The Finance Manager plays an important role in the customer purchase experience by helping customers understand their financing options, complete credit applications, select warranty coverage, and choose protection packages that meet their needs. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to build trusted relationships with both customers and financial institutions.
We are looking for someone who is professional, confident, organized, and committed to providing an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the finance and delivery process
- Take and process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently
- Present financing options in a clear, professional, and customer-focused manner
- Assist customers in selecting warranty coverage, protection packages, and additional products that fit their needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, lenders, and financial institutions
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
- Ensure all paperwork, documentation, and compliance requirements are completed accurately
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity in all customer and financial matters
- Follow dealership processes, policies, and lender requirements
Qualifications
- Previous automotive dealership experience is considered a strong asset
- Finance office, sales, lending, or customer service experience is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Professional, polished, and confident when working with customers and business partners
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Comfortable discussing financial information, credit applications, and protection products with customers
- Strong relationship-building skills with customers, team members, and financial institutions
