Job Description
This is a unique sales position for the right person who will have the opportunity to sell two services in one in-home visit. RCC Waterproofing and RoofLife Ltd. are looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to handle waterproofing estimates and roofing/roof rejuvenation sales. This is a commission-only position with significant earning potential for motivated sales professionals.
You will meet homeowners at their properties, assess their needs, and present proven solutions backed by trusted brands with decades of industry experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct in-home inspections and provide estimates
- Sell basement waterproofing and roofing services
- Identify homeowner concerns and recommend solutions
- Present professional proposals and close sales
- Manage follow-ups and customer communication
- Represent both companies with professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in outside sales (home services preferred)
- Someone who posses knowledgeable in construction
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Someone who is honest, transparent and takes care providing proper advice
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends
- Reliable vehicle required
- Hold valid drivers’ licence and present a clean driving record required
