Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with product selections in women's apparel / gift and toy, and maintaining an organized and inviting store environment. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
- Operate POS systems for sales transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain merchandising standards by restocking shelves and organizing display
- Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and welcoming throughout the shift
- Engage customers through effective communication skills to enhance their shopping experience
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Promote store promotions and new product launches to boost sales
Experience
- Previous retail sales in women's fashion and Giftware experience is required.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is a requirement
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining store standards
- Excellent communication skills in English are required.
- Experience with merchandising is an asset.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
