About the Role
iHandyman is an established and growing home services company specializing in high-quality handyman and renovation work. We’re expanding across Central Alberta and looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Operations Manager (Contractor) to lead our local operations.
This is a hands-on opportunity to take charge of an existing business and grow it further—without the risk of starting from scratch. Your performance directly drives your income, with uncapped earning potential.
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily operations across Central Alberta
- Conduct on-site assessments and prepare accurate job quotes
- Convert leads into booked work and manage scheduling
- Source materials and manage job costs
- Lead and coordinate trades and subcontractors
- Ensure high-quality work and strong customer satisfaction
- Build relationships and support local business growth
- Oversee invoicing, collections, and overall profitability
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in operations, sales, or team leadership
- Background in construction, renovations, or handyman services preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable quoting jobs and managing budgets
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Valid driver’s license
- Must have own reliable vehicle (truck or cargo van preferred)
