Job description
We’re currently looking for an Account Manager to join our team at our Sarnia location and help deliver friendly, reliable customer service. This role is focused on supporting clients, writing up orders, and sourcing the right products to bring their ideas to life.
This position requires exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Responsibilities include customer service, quoting, and order entry. As a small company, this person must be comfortable wearing many hats and will gain exposure to all aspects of a screen-printing and embroidery shop. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where no two days are the same.
General Responsibilities
- Answer phones and greet walk-in customers in a professional manner
- Write new quotes and orders, source product options, and managing projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with sales and production staff to ensure deadlines are met
- Be proactive and resolve any issues that arise with orders effectively
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Remain knowledgeable on products and services offered while continuously being on the lookout for new product options and trends
- Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development
Skills Required
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
- Proven organizational skills combined with a high level of attention to detail
- Must be motivated with a strong work ethic
- General office administration knowledge and skills an asset
- Proficiency with computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email, Data Entry)
