Full Job Description
Paradise Sealing is growing, and we are hiring 5 team members to join our field operations team.
We are looking for hardworking, reliable individuals with experience in exterior property maintenance and surface restoration. Ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of the following areas: pressure washing, concrete sealing, fence and deck staining, sanding, general labour, or driving and material handling.
You do not need experience in every service we provide. Applicants with specialized experience in one area are encouraged to apply.
Positions Available
- Pressure Washing Expert – Residential and commercial pressure washing of driveways, patios, interlock, concrete, fences, decks, and other exterior surfaces.
- Concrete Sealing Technician – Application of water-based and solvent-based concrete sealers using rollers and sprayers. Experience with surface preparation and professional sealing techniques is preferred.
- Fence Staining & Sanding Technician – Sanding, preparation, staining, and sealing of fences and decks.
- General Labourer – Assist technicians with pressure washing, surface preparation, equipment setup, job-site organization, cleanup, and other field duties.
- Driver / Material Handler – Transport equipment and materials, load and unload company vehicles, assist with deliveries, and support field crews. A valid G driver’s licence and clean driving record are required.
Responsibilities
- Complete assigned jobs safely and professionally.
- Operate pressure washers, surface cleaners, sprayers, rollers, sanders, and other equipment.
- Prepare concrete, interlock, fences, and decks for sealing or staining.
- Apply sealers and stains according to company procedures.
- Load, unload, and maintain equipment and materials.
- Maintain clean and organized job sites.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
- Follow company safety procedures and manufacturer application guidelines.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Travel to different job sites as required.
- Maintain Paradise Sealing’s standards for quality workmanship and customer service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in pressure washing, concrete sealing, fence staining, sanding, construction, landscaping, or a related trade is an asset.
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work.
- Comfortable lifting equipment and materials.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new services and application techniques.
- Valid G driver’s licence is an asset and required for driving positions.
- Reliable transportation to the designated meeting location may be required.
