Role and Responsibilities
The Warehouse Coordinator will complete shipments by processing and loading orders. Need to be an ambitious and hardworking professional who does not mind working in hot or cold conditions and can work an entire shift on his or her feet. We prize speed and accuracy above all else, so we require a Warehouse Coordinator who can pay careful attention on the job, follow instructions precisely and double-check his or her work before completing a task.
- Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders.
- Pulling material and packing orders in an orderly manner and prepare carton/crates for shipping.
- Placing orders in delivery area
- Treat products with care and concern at all times.
- Receive product for stock and verify its contents.
- Contacts freight companies for scheduling pick up of customer orders as needed.
- Inspect incoming material and complete RGA (Return Goods Authorization) inspection forms.
- Tag on hold product so that it is clearly identified and not pulled for orders.
- Prepare vendor NCRs (Non-Conformance Report) for return shipment to vendor or mod shop.
- Identify damaged, lost, or missing products and notify manager/lead immediately.
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
- Maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Completes reports by entering required information as needed.
- Update and maintain calibration records if necessary.
- QC inspections as applicable.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education:
- High School diploma/GED preferred.·
- Current forklift certificate a plus
- Proven work experience as a warehouse worker
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to work on feet and carry heavy objects.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint and Word.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
