What You'll Do
- Help customers and technicians identify and source the right parts, every time
- Proactively upsell parts, accessories, and service products
- Build lasting relationships with retail, wholesale, and fleet customers
- Manage inventory, stock control, shipping, and receiving accurately
- Maintain clean records in the parts system and complete manufacturer training
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of experience as an Automotive Parts Advisor (Chrysler/Stellantis experience is a strong asset)
- Confident communicator with solid customer service and sales instincts
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with dealership systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Kelowna, BC

- Full-time, on-site | 8-hour day shifts | Some Saturdays required
