Server / Bartender – Flying Monkey Kitchen & Bar

We’re looking for someone who can handle volume, keep the energy up, and deliver great service without missing a beat.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking orders and delivering food & drinks efficiently
- Mixing cocktails, pouring beer, and handling bar service
- Managing multiple tables during busy rushes
- Creating a fun, welcoming experience for guests
- Handling cash/POS (TouchBistro experience is a bonus)
- Keeping your section and bar area clean and organized
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a server, bartender, or both
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Must be reliable and show up ready to work
Bonus Points If You:
- Have strong bartending knowledge (classic cocktails, beer, wine)
- Can handle both floor + bar shifts confidently
- Have experience in high-volume service
