- Confidence in assisting clients with lighting and furniture selections that suit their style and needs
- A focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- A strong interest or experience in interior design and home décor is helpful, but not nessecary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting lighting and furniture that aligns with their needs and design vision
- Clearly explain product features, finishes, and functionality
- Process sales accurately through our POS system and handle payments responsibly
- Proactively address customer questions or concerns with a positive, solution-based approach
- Help maintain an attractive, organized showroom with proper inventory flow and display upkeep
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for every customer
