Job Summary
We’re looking for a Medical Esthetician who blends results-driven treatments with a wellness-first approach. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare treatments, lymphatic drainage, laser hair removal, body sculpting, personalized skin consultation, hydrafacial and advanced skin therapy while delivering outstanding guest services. This role requires a professional with strong communication skills, a passion for beauty, and a dedication to sanitation and client satisfaction. The Esthetician will also assist with retail sales, product demos, and upselling to enhance the overall client experience.
Duties
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, Brazilian lymphatic drainage, and hydrafacial.
- Provide expert body sculpting and laser hair removal services.
- Deliver personalized consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all service areas.
- Assist front desk staff with guest check-in, appointment scheduling, and guest services.
- Conduct retail sales by recommending skincare products and beauty tools; demonstrate product demos to clients.
- Upsell additional services and retail items to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
- Ensure a welcoming environment by providing excellent guest services and addressing client inquiries professionally.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing education.
Qualifications
- Valid Esthetician diploma.
- Proven experience in skincare treatments, laser hair removal, body sculpting and brazilian lymphatic drainage, is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a spa setting.
- Ability to perform multiple services efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with guests and team members.
- Experience in retail sales, upselling, and product demonstrations is a plus.
