Position Summary
The Associate plays a critical role in supporting store performance through the execution of sales, fulfillment, inventory, and operational tasks. This position requires a highly organized, reliable, and team-oriented individual who can contribute across multiple areas of the business while maintaining exceptional customer service and operational standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge on the sales floor.
- Engage customers proactively and assist with product recommendations.
- Support daily sales objectives and store performance goals.
- Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and presentation.
Ecommerce & Fulfillment
- Pick, pack, and ship online orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all customer orders are fulfilled within established timelines.
- Communicate fulfillment issues or inventory shortages to management immediately.
- Maintain accuracy in order processing and shipping documentation.
Inventory & Operations
- Receive, stock, sticker, and organize incoming inventory.
- Perform expiry checks and maintain inventory rotation standards.
- Assist with stock counts, inventory audits, and discrepancy reporting.
- Maintain organized stockroom and backroom operations.
Administrative Execution
- Follow operational procedures, systems, and company standards.
- Report errors, delays, inventory concerns, or operational issues promptly.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
