Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms
- Assist customers with product or service information, order processing, and issue resolution
- Perform data entry accurately to update customer records and transaction details
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with all customers, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved
- Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in both English and Spanish as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
- Ability to perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products or services effectively
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication standards
- Ability to work well in a team environment while independently managing customer interactions
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
