Here’s what you’ll be doing as an Operations Accounting Coordinator:
The role of the Operations Accounting Coordinator is to support the daily operations of Stella’s Head Office financial team. The Operations Accounting Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations by managing invoices, maintaining accurate data entry, and facilitating communication with vendors and internal stakeholders. This role is essential to the financial team, providing timely updates, resolving inquiries, and assisting with various administrative and accounting tasks to maintain operational efficiency.
Reports to: Financial Planning and Analysis Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare and put together information about picked items and per location ordering issues, based on communication from pickers and our locations (stakeholders).

Prepare and compile daily store orders and distribution data.

Offsite liquor inventory counting and data entry.

Data entry and tracking company weekly donations and waste information.

Communicate with our locations (stakeholders) about any issues and/or addressing feedback on any recent or future updates to ordering.

Monthly Warehouse inventory data entry and updates.

Data entry and updates for Product Kitchen and Bakery items in the Optimum system.

Communicate with the stores regarding weekly order form updates.

Other duties assigned
Qualifications:

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Previous food industry and warehouse experience is preferred.

Strong mathematical skills and a high level of accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.

Previous experience in data entry or related administrative roles is preferred.

Highly motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and a willingness to learn quickly.

Job type: Full time/In-person
Pay: $19.20 - $19.70 per hour
