Responsibilities
- Deliver professional hair cutting, styling, and grooming services tailored to client preferences
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in workstations and tools according to health regulations
- Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and revenue
- Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing payments
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized care
- Stay current with industry trends and techniques through ongoing education and training
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hair styling, cutting, and grooming techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards within a salon environment
- Ability to upsell products and services in a professional manner
- Excellent communication skills to ensure clear understanding of client needs and preferences
- Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is preferred but not required
- A friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
