We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Party Booking/Sales Consultant to join our restaurant team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating party and event bookings, providing exceptional guest services, and driving sales through effective communication and upselling strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests. THIS IS STRICTLY A SALES COMMISSION JOB BASED ON LEADS TO BOOK PARTIES/SALES FOR THE VENUE . THE SALARY IS BASED ON A STEADY STREAM OF BOOKINGS/SALES.
Responsibilities
- generate leads and confirmed incoming inquiries for party and event bookings via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Provide detailed information about available packages, menu options, and venue amenities to prospective clients
- secure additional services such as special decorations, customized menus, and entertainment options to maximize revenue
- Negotiate terms and finalize booking agreements while maintaining excellent guest relations
- Coordinate with the culinary and service teams to ensure all event requirements are met
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, deposits, and guest preferences using organizational tools
- Assist guests throughout the planning process to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience
- Promote restaurant offerings through marketing initiatives and social media engagement
- Develop long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
Experience
- Previous experience in restaurant sales, event planning, or hospitality is highly preferred
- Strong background in guest services with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Proven skills in upselling, negotiation, and effective communication
- Familiarity with marketing strategies relevant to hospitality venues
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple bookings simultaneously
- Knowledge of budgeting principles related to event planning is advantageous
- Experience in hotel or restaurant environments is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with hospitality standards.
Pay: $3,000.00-$5,000.00 per month
