Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Mainting professional and effective communication with customers
- Scheduling, coordinating and assigning jobs to drivers
- Support customer service efforts by providing information and resolving basic inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a welcoming environment
- Support clerical functions such as copying, scanning, and mailing documents
- Uphold phone etiquette standards and provide excellent customer support
Experience
- Previous office experience preferred, especially in administrative or clerical roles
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
- Knowledge bookkeeping is advantageous
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage schedules
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and proofreading tasks
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills both over the phone
