Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Oversee dog daycare operations, ensuring all dogs are safely supervised during playtime and rest periods
- Monitor dog behavior to prevent conflicts and intervene promptly to maintain a safe environment
- Assist pet owners with check-in and check-out procedures, providing friendly and informative customer service
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver high-quality care, training, and support during shifts
- Maintain cleanliness of the facility, including kennels, play areas, and common spaces
- Handle heavy lifting of supplies, crates, or equipment as needed to support daily operations
- Document incidents or behavioral concerns accurately and communicate effectively with team members and pet owners
Requirements
- Passion for working with animals and providing excellent customer service
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift
- Comfortable performing heavy lifting tasks safely when handling supplies or equipment
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with pet owners and team members
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
