Our client is looking for a Finance Project Lead to join their team and drive financial initiatives that support organizational growth. This role involves overseeing financial projects and initiatives that align with the organization’s goals. The Finance Project Lead will collaborate with Finance, Accounting, IT, and other departments to implement process improvements, system upgrades, and strategic financial analyses. Day-to-day responsibilities include project planning, execution, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with financial governance standards.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end financial projects, including scoping, planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Analyze and optimize financial workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and address issues proactively.
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support finance system upgrades and implementations (e.g., ERP, BI platforms).
- Collaborate with IT to ensure system solutions meet financial requirements.
- Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for project success.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including accounting, FP&A, and operations.
- Train staff and support transitions to new processes or systems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, business process analysis, or a related role.
- Experience working with ERP systems and knowledge of their capabilities.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) and productivity software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in financial analysis, reporting, and compliance.
- Familiarity with change management and system implementations.

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
