Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Help customers weigh and fill containers
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and refill containers
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Key Holder Position, opening and closing duties
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, but not required
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean sales floor and help effectively manage inventory
- Sales skills to effectively communicate product information
- Must be able to lift 40+ lbs
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse customers
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic math skills to accurately process transactions and handle cash
