Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Logistic Coordinator Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse distribution, transportation, procurement, and order fulfillment processes. This role requires strong leadership skills, process improvement expertise, and proficiency with various ERP and warehouse management systems to ensure efficient materials management and timely delivery of goods. The Logistic Coordinator Manager will play a pivotal role in coordinating with 3PL providers, managing freight and shipping activities, and implementing strategies to enhance overall supply chain performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee warehouse distribution activities, including order picking, packaging, shipping, and receiving to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage procurement and sourcing processes to secure materials at optimal pricing while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS) to streamline logistics operations.
- Lead demand planning, inventory control, and materials management to meet production schedules and customer demands.
- Analyze data related to supply chain performance using data analysis skills to identify areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with 3PL providers, freight carriers, and other external partners to optimize transportation routes and reduce costs.
- Utilize ERP systems such as AS400 and other platforms like E-commerce portals for order fulfillment, shipping & receiving, and inventory tracking.
- Implement process improvements within the supply chain workflow to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve service levels.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards related to warehouse operations including forklift operation and packaging procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, pricing negotiations, and supply chain metrics for reporting purposes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse distribution, supply chain management, or logistics coordination.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and demand planning.
- Proficiency with transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms such as AS400 or similar systems.
- Data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets for process improvement initiatives.
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is a plus.
- Familiarity with freight forwarding, 3PL logistics providers, shipping & receiving procedures.
- Knowledge of e-commerce logistics workflows including order fulfillment and packaging requirements.
- Ability to operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating across departments and external partners.

Pay: $42,913.18-$120,696.64 per year
