Responsibilities
- Assist in the production of concrete pavers and blocks
- Operate basic machinery and hand tools (training provided)
- Load/unload materials and move products within the yard and facility
- Stack, package, and prepare finished products for delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support daily production operations as part of a team
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 75 lbs
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing/industrial environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- No experience required (training provided)
Assets (Optional)
- Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or factory work
- Forklift experience (not required)
