We are seeking a reliable and professional Shuttle Driver to operate vehicles safely while transporting passengers between designated locations. This role requires a focus on customer service, adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills.Overview
The Shuttle Driver is responsible for safely transporting customers to and from the shop to their house, while delivering a friendly and professional experience. This role supports customer satisfaction by ensuring timely, efficient shuttle service and assisting with light department tasks when needed. The ideal candidate is courteous, dependable, and committed to safety.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport customers to and from the shop using the designated shuttle vehicle.
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a friendly, helpful, and professional demeanor.
- Assist customers entering and exiting the shuttle when required.
- Maintain a clean, well-organized shuttle vehicle and ensure it is fueled and inspected daily.
- Coordinate shuttle routes with front end staff and Management to manage timing and customer needs efficiently.
- Communicate any delays, concerns, or issues with the shuttle to management.
- Support the Front end with light duties such as vehicle pickup/drop off, delivering parts, or assisting with shop errands.
- Follow all company policies, and safety protocols while operating shuttle and company vehicles.
- All other duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
- Previous experience in customer service or driving roles is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to operate vehicles safely in varying traffic and weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with company standards.
