AZ Driver – Grain – Dump Trailer
Location: Cobourg, Ontario
Position: Full-Time
Compensation: Pay based on experience
We are looking for an experienced AZ Driver to join our team for grain hauling (dump trailer) with potential of some flatbed requirements, throughout Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia.
Responsibilities
· Safely operate an AZ-licenced tractor-trailer for grain hauling with potential of some flatbed work as well
· Complete local and long-distance grain runs throughout Ontario and Eastern Canada
· Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
· Ensure loads are secured and transported safely
· Maintain accurate delivery and driving records
· Provide professional and reliable service to customers
· Cleanliness of the equipment inside and out – will be randomly inspected
Requirements
· Valid AZ driver’s licence with minimum 5 years’ experience
· Previous commercial driving experience required with letters from previous employers
· Dump trailer experience required, grain experience an asset
· Clean and responsible CVOR and personal abstracts to be submitted with resume
· Strong commitment to safety and reliability
· Ability to travel throughout Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia
· Mechanical knowledge to be able to get yourself off the road if need be
· Customer service and communications
