Hi, I am Camille, the Head of People & Culture at Musora Media. We are an online music education company with a vision for a world where everyone can play music.
Are you energized by solving problems, improving processes, and creating exceptional employee experiences? As our People & Culture Operations Generalist, you'll partner closely with the Head of People & Culture to bring ideas to life and make a meaningful impact across the employee journey. From onboarding and HR systems to compensation, performance, engagement, and employee relations, you'll help shape how our people experience Musora every day. If you're naturally curious, people-first, and thrive in a role where no two days are the same, we'd love to meet you.
Important Notes:
-
This is a full-time, temporary maternity leave coverage position with an anticipated term of 12–18 months, with the ideal start date around October 13th. As our business evolves, you'll have the opportunity to contribute across a wide range of People & Culture initiatives, making this an ideal role for someone who loves learning, tackling new challenges, and wearing a few different hats. While this role is temporary, there may be an opportunity to extend based on business needs and organizational priorities.
-
To set you up for success, there will be a dedicated transition and training period with the current role-holder before her leave begins. In the first few months, you’ll focus on building fluency in our HR systems and day-to-day operational support; employee relations, OH&S case management, and compensation analytics responsibilities will ramp up as you gain context.
-
To ensure you’re viewing the most accurate and up-to-date job opportunities, please apply directly through our official website or through our trusted third-party sites (Indeed, Monster, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Talent.com & Ziprecruiter).
