We’re looking for a hands-on Supervisor who leads from the front, builds strong teams, and delivers results every shift.
What You’ll Do
You will be responsible for running shifts with confidence and accountability while ensuring both team performance and guest experience are at the highest level.
- Lead and manage daily shift operations (Front Counter & Drive-Thru)
- Coach, motivate, and develop team members to perform at their best
- Ensure fast, accurate service while maintaining a positive guest experience
- Monitor and improve key performance areas such as speed of service, accuracy, and cleanliness
- Handle cash controls, inventory, and daily operational checks
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly
- Maintain all food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
What We’re Looking For
This role is for someone who is reliable, driven, and ready to step up.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role (Quick Service Restaurant preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability (early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
- A positive attitude with a team-first mindset

Pay: $20.15-$21.00 per hour
