Virtual Assistant
Job Summary
We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to our team in a remote work setting. The role involves handling communication, data entry, scheduling, and general office support to ensure efficient daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and online messages in a professional manner.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and related tools.
- Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and records.
- Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat as required.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and calendar management.
- Support basic administrative tasks such as document preparation and correspondence.
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks when required.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to information.
- Support general office and administrative tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and follow assigned instructions.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative, clerical, or customer service role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong typing and data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills, including email management and internet research.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks.
- Experience working in medical or dental office environments.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and scheduling tools.
Pay: $82,000.00-$91,000.00 per year
