Summary
We are seeking a Part-Time Sandwich Maker to join our passionate team in our French Patisserie & Cafe.
Schedule:
- Tuesdays and Fridays only (approximately 6.5-8 hours per day), 7am start
- Consistent weekly schedule – no weekends required
Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble a variety of sandwiches according to recipes for our wholesale customers.
- Ensure all food items are prepared in accordance with food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Assist with food preparation task for the sandwich ingredients as needed.
- Pack sandwiches into bags and label the bags as needed.
- Pack finished sandwiches into customer specific bins for delivery.
- Perform par on sandwich ingredients at the end of the week.
- Sweep and mop the kitchen at the end of the shift.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous sandwich, deli, or food prep experience is required.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Must be available both Tuesday and Fridays with a start time of 7am.
