General Labourers AND Machine Operators – Immediate Hiring

Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

We are currently hiring reliable and hardworking General Labourers and Machine Operators to join a busy manufacturing facility in Bradford. This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in production, manufacturing, machine operation, or general labour who are looking for a stable, long-term position.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with daily production and manufacturing tasks.
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
- Use hand tools and power tools as required.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and prepare materials.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and workplace policies.
- Support other production duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, machine operation, or general labour is an asset.
- Comfortable working with machinery and production equipment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.
- Steel-toe safety boots required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
