Your role :
- Coordinate the execution and alignment of strategic priorities across the six pillars to ensure coherent and sequenced delivery of transformational initiatives.
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks, decision-making processes, and execution standards that support strategic objectives and accountability.
- Identify and manage interdependencies, risks, overlaps, and implementation challenges while supporting mitigation and resolution strategies.
- Guide and support pillar project managers in developing roadmaps, delivery plans, and execution approaches that drive adoption and measurable business outcomes.
- Monitor and communicate portfolio performance, benefits realization, progress, and key indicators through consolidated reporting and governance forums.
- Mobilize and influence multidisciplinary stakeholders to foster collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and successful transformation delivery.

Requirements :
- Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and significant experience in strategic execution, organizational transformation, portfolio management, or complex program management.
- Demonstrate experience leading large-scale strategic initiatives within a matrix environment involving multiple stakeholders and business partners.
- Possess strong expertise in governance, strategic planning, performance management, and risk management.
- Have experience applying continuous improvement principles, agile methodologies, or transformation frameworks to complex initiatives.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously while maintaining strong execution discipline.
- Show experience supporting executive decision-making and driving results across cross-functional teams.
