Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to optimize flow and comfort
- Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing of transactions
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and presentation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and giving correct change
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations
Qualifications
- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; strong background in hospitality or the food industry is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is highly desirable
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude towards guests
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math for cashiering, math calculations, and order accuracy
- Experience in serving, food preparation, or kitchen environments is advantageous but not required
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members

Pay: $15.35-$26.88 per hour
