We're looking for a Performance Manager to lead, support, and inspire our Actors, Scream Masters (Haunted Attraction Leaders) and Front of House while ensuring exceptional performance quality across our seasonal productions.
The Performance Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of performer coordination, casting, scheduling, training, and live performance management for Saunders Farm's seasonal events.
Working closely with the Production Manager and Production team, this role provides leadership to performers from recruitment through post-season evaluations. The Performance Manager ensures performance standards are maintained, supports rehearsal and training programs, coordinates schedules, and serves as the primary liaison between performers, production staff, and technical teams during live operations.
This role is ideal for an organized and energetic leader who thrives in a fast-paced entertainment environment and enjoys coaching performers while creating exceptional guest experiences.
Previous experience in theatre, live entertainment, production coordination, stage management, or a related leadership role.
Experience supervising or coaching performers is considered an asset.
Experience with scheduling, administration, or event coordination is preferred.

Coordinate performer recruitment, auditions, and casting in partnership with the recruitment team.
Organize audition schedules, facilitate auditions, and communicate results, role assignments, and training information.
Support casting decisions for Haunt Actors, Scream Masters, Front of House, Street Theatre, and Christmas performers.
Develop and manage rehearsal and performance schedules in collaboration with Scream Masters.
Coordinate performer communications, schedule updates, and on-call coverage for open shifts.
Maintain performer records and provide administrative support for production operations.
Coordinate and facilitate performer training programs, rehearsals, and onboarding.
Coach, mentor, and provide ongoing performance feedback to maintain high-quality guest experiences.
Complete performance evaluations and support continuous performer development.
Provide on-site leadership during seasonal operations and act as the primary liaison between performers, Production, Technical, and Farm teams.
Collaborate with Costume, Makeup, and Technical teams to ensure attractions operate safely and performers are presentation-ready.
Monitor performance quality, address operational issues, and step into performance roles when required.
