We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated CAD technician for our Digital Ortho department. As a full-service dental lab, we are committed to transforming smiles through cutting-edge technology and exceptional craftsmanship. This full-time role is ideal for someone with good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and responsibilities
- Intraoral scan QC for orthodontic treatment and appliance fabrication
- File import into ortho software
- Design clear aligner treatment plans, including case preprocessing, treatment setup, tooth movement staging, and case export.
- Communicate with dentists regarding orthodontic treatment plans through email and the design portal
- Digital Model preparation and configuration (file repair, trimming, segmentation)
- Prepare digital orthodontic model series.
- Nesting, printing, and post-processing 3D models.
- Other duties as required
Qualifications
- 1 year of dental laboratory experience preferred
- Computer skills necessary
- Familiar with 3Shape software
- Fast worker, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, energetic environment
- High organizational skills a must
