JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Assist the management team with the store’s daily operations, including customer service, sales, and product merchandising;
· Act as a resource person for employees and support the smooth operation of the store;
· Participate in store opening and closing procedures;
· Perform cash balancing according to established procedures;
· Ensure product presentation, store cleanliness, and compliance with TAU standards;
· Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer needs;
· Support the onboarding and training of new employees as needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks;
· Ability to work independently, be reliable, and contribute positively to a team environment;
· Enjoy interacting with the public and providing excellent customer service;
· Have an interest in natural and organic food;
· Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance;
· Good knowledge of French and functional knowledge of spoken and written English.
The Third Key Holder interacts with a diverse customer base as well as some French- and English-speaking suppliers. Basic knowledge of English is required for the smooth operation of the store.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE:
6 months to 1 year of experience in retail or a similar position.
