Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) préposé(e) aux bénéficiaires à temps plein pour se joindre à notre équipe et contribuer directement à l’expérience, au confort et à la sécurité de nos patients.
Votre rôle
En tant que préposé(e) aux bénéficiaires, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans l’accompagnement des patients avant, pendant ou après leur passage à la clinique. Vous serez une présence rassurante, attentive et professionnelle, tout en soutenant l’équipe clinique dans le bon déroulement des activités quotidiennes.
Responsabilités principales
Accueillir, accompagner et assister les patients avec respect, douceur et professionnalisme.
Aider les patients dans leurs déplacements à l’intérieur de la clinique, selon leurs besoins.
Assurer le confort, la sécurité et le bien-être des patients pendant leur présence à la clinique.
Collaborer avec les infirmières, les médecins et les autres membres de l’équipe clinique.
Participer à la préparation des espaces de soins et au maintien d’un environnement propre, sécuritaire et organisé.
Observer l’état général des patients et transmettre toute information pertinente à l’équipe clinique.
Appliquer les règles d’hygiène, de confidentialité et de sécurité propres à un environnement médical.
Contribuer à offrir une expérience patient positive, humaine et professionnelle.
Profil recherché
Formation ou expérience pertinente comme préposé(e) aux bénéficiaires, aide-soignant(e), assistant(e) en soins ou dans un rôle similaire.
Certification PDSB à jour obligatoire.
Certification RCR à jour obligatoire.
Expérience en clinique, milieu hospitalier, CHSLD, résidence privée ou environnement de soins, un atout.
Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et sens du service à la clientèle.
Approche calme, empathique, respectueuse et rassurante avec les patients.
Fiabilité, ponctualité et professionnalisme.
Capacité à travailler en équipe dans un environnement médical dynamique.
Bonne capacité d’adaptation et sens des responsabilités.
Bilinguisme français/anglais, un atout important.
Conditions de travail
Poste à temps plein.
Horaire du lundi au vendredi.
Salaire débutant à 25 $/heure, avec possibilité d’évolution selon l’expérience et le profil.

About Us
Westmount Surgical Institute is a private clinic located in Westmount, known for its professional, patient-centered and high-quality care environment. Our team works in a modern, collaborative and structured setting where patient comfort, safety and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.
We are currently looking for a full-time Beneficiary Attendant to join our team and play an important role in supporting our patients and clinical staff.
Your Role
As a Beneficiary Attendant, you will be an essential part of the patient experience. You will help ensure that patients feel safe, comfortable and supported throughout their time at the clinic, while assisting the clinical team with daily operations.
Main Responsibilities
Welcome, support and assist patients with professionalism, kindness and respect.
Help patients move safely within the clinic, according to their needs.
Ensure patient comfort, safety and well-being during their visit.
Work closely with nurses, physicians and other members of the clinical team.
Assist with the preparation of care areas and help maintain a clean, safe and organized environment.
Observe patients’ general condition and communicate any relevant information to the clinical team.
Follow hygiene, confidentiality and safety standards required in a medical environment.
Contribute to a positive, professional and caring patient experience.
Candidate Profile
Training or relevant experience as a beneficiary attendant, personal support worker, healthcare assistant or in a similar role.
Valid and up-to-date PDSB certification is required.
Valid and up-to-date CPR certification is required.
Experience in a clinic, hospital, long-term care facility, private residence or healthcare setting is an asset.
Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach.
Calm, empathetic, respectful and reassuring attitude.
Reliable, punctual and professional.
Ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic medical environment.
Good adaptability and strong sense of responsibility.
Bilingualism in French and English is a strong asset.
Working Conditions
Full-time position.
Monday to Friday schedule.
Starting wage of $25/hour, with potential for growth depending on experience and profile.
