Job Overview:
We’re growing our team and seeking a skilled, professional videographer with a keen eye for photography. This role will enhance and drive forward our client projects and internal initiatives within our Media Group. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience and excel in collaborative environments. They should also demonstrate efficiency and independence in executing daily tasks and assignments. Responsibilities include capturing, editing, and producing high-quality videos and photos to bolster our marketing and promotional endeavors.
**Please Note - Driver’s licence and reliable/insured vehicle are required for this position. Experience in Videography and having your own equipment is required. Great knowledge in the use of equipment is expected. (Sony A7s4 or similar with Lens Kit, Lighting, Gimbal or Stabilizer, Audio Recording Equipment)
Duties:
- Film and edit video content for various projects including promotional videos, interviews, events, and social media campaigns
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards
- Operate and maintain video equipment including cameras, lighting, and audio devices
- Ensure that all video content aligns with brand guidelines and objectives
- Manage post-production tasks such as editing, color correction, sound mixing, and adding special effects
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in videography
- Travel to shoot locations as well as attend evening weekend events
Requirements:
- Proven experience in videography and video editing.
- Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and Adobe After Effects.
- Strong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound recording, and shot composition.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work creatively within project constraints.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
