About Pandora’s Box
Pandora’s Box Auto Security provides professional mobile vehicle-immobilizer installations throughout the GTA. We help vehicle owners protect their cars through convenient installation at their home, workplace, or approved partner location.
Position Overview
We are hiring a confident, motivated door-to-door sales representative to generate residential leads and secure vehicle-security installation bookings across the GTA.
This is an independent field-sales role requiring consistent door-to-door outreach, accurate lead documentation, and professional customer communication. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be comfortable traveling between assigned neighborhoods.
Compensation
Commission is paid for completed, paid installations:
1–4 monthly installations: $120 per installation
5–9 monthly installations: $150 per installation
10–14 monthly installations: $180 per installation
15+ monthly installations: $200 per installation
Expected compensation: approximately $18,000–$48,000 annually, depending on hours, performance, and completed installations. Commission is not earned on cancelled, refunded, or unpaid appointments.
Where the successful candidate is legally classified as an employee, compensation will be administered in accordance with Ontario employment standards.
Responsibilities
Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned GTA neighborhoods.
Explain Pandora’s Box vehicle-security services accurately.
Identify interested and qualified vehicle owners.
Collect customer contact and vehicle information with consent.
Book consultations or installation appointments.
Follow up with prospective customers.
Enter every lead and interaction into ClickUp.
Maintain accurate door, conversation, appointment, and conversion totals.
Attend required training and sales meetings.
Represent Pandora’s Box professionally in the community.
Follow approved pricing, scripts, and privacy procedures.
Requirements
Reliable personal transportation.
Valid Ontario driver’s license and appropriate vehicle insurance.
Comfortable travelling throughout assigned GTA territories.
Confident approaching and speaking with homeowners.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Smartphone with reliable data access.
Available for afternoon, evening, and weekend field shifts.
Able to use ClickUp and other company applications after training.
Legally entitled to work in Canada.
Preferred Qualifications
Door-to-door, automotive, retail, or commission-sales experience.
Familiarity with GTA neighborhoods.
Interest in vehicles, security products, or theft prevention.
Previous experience generating and following up with leads.
