Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Cabinet and Flooring Installers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing pre-fab cabinetry and flooring materials with precision and craftsmanship. Your expertise will directly contribute to transforming spaces, ensuring they are both functional and visually appealing.
Cabinet/Finishing
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and installation layouts to determine the correct placement.
- Position, level, and securely anchor prefab cabinets, vanities, and storage components to walls and floors using hand and power tools.
- Cut, trim, and make on-site adjustments to fillers, panels, or toe-kicks for a precise fit.
- Install doors, drawers, hinges, handles, and countertops; perform final adjustments and touch-ups.
- Maintain a clean workspace, properly dispose of debris, and ensure client satisfaction before leaving the job site.
LVP flooring
- Measure room dimensions and calculate material needs. Mark layout lines to ensure rows stay square and straight.
- Cut vinyl planks or tiles precisely to fit corners, doorways, and obstacles like pipes using utility knives or saws.
- Glue down LVP using proper adhesives and rollers.
- Reinstall or replace baseboards, quarter-rounds, and transitions. Clean the work area and haul away debris.
Experience:
- 5 years of general construction or specific Cabinet/ flooring installation experience.
Skills
- Strong math skills for measuring, ability to read basic project plans, and proficiency with hand and power tools,hand tools,levels, and measuring devices.
Physical Fitness:
- Ability to kneel, bend, crouch, and lift heavy materials for long hours.
Pay: $21.00-$27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 44.0 per week
