industry experience. Our manufacturing partner has been producing world-class
entrance matting solutions for over a century, supplying products used in major
commercial buildings around the world.
We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, hands-on individual who wants more than

ground up.
What You'll Do
As a member of our team, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including:
Custom mat cutting and production
Installation of vinyl edging, seaming, specialty cuts and quality control
Warehouse organization and inventory management
Shipping and receiving
Packaging and order preparation
Deliveries, site measuring, and installations (as experience grows)
General administrative and operational support
Previous mat making experienced preferred but not required. We will provide training,
mentorship, and the opportunity to develop valuable business and trade skills.
Who We're Looking For
You are:
Hardworking, dependable, and able to work independently
Physically capable of hands-on work and able to lift up to 50 lbs
Willing to learn new skills
Detail-oriented and committed to quality
Positive, self-motivated, and eager to contribute

Mat making isn't rocket science, but it does require precision, efficiency, attention to
detail, and pride in workmanship. We'll teach you the process. Your challenge will be to
take it to the next level.

Hours
Part-Time to start. Full time available for experienced mat maker or carpet installer.
Preference will be given to candidates who are interested in transitioning to full-time
employment as the company grows and opportunities become available.
