Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting sales operations, managing client relationships, and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with product inquiries and provide tailored sales solutions
- Maintain and update customer records using accounting software such as Sage
- Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely processing of invoices and payments
- Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities
- Support budgeting processes by preparing reports and forecasts
- Utilize accounting software for data entry, report generation, and record management
Requirements
- Proven experience with accounting software and a strong understanding of accounting principles, including payroll, bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Ability to perform account and bank reconciliations, account analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Customer service and troubleshooting expertise; prior experience in sales support or advisory roles is an asset
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email
- Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and positive team attitude
- Proven sales ability and willingness to learn new skills
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and adapt to a diverse working environment
- Valid driver’s license
