Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Insurance Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice on various insurance products to clients including home insurance, auto insurance and life insurance, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
Duties:
- Conduct thorough analysis of clients' insurance needs and present suitable options
- Uncover needs and offer appropriate products
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored insurance solutions
- Utilize sales techniques to negotiate and close deals
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Administer sales processes efficiently, maintaining accurate records of transactions
- Engage in telemarketing activities to reach potential clients and promote insurance products
- Stay updated on market trends and product offerings to advise clients effectively
Experience:
- Experience in sales a plus,
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues
- Analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Insurance experience not required. Training provided.
- Ability to work in a team environment
