Northern Force Security Inc. is currently hiring a Part-Time Security Concierge for a condominium in North York. This is a new opening, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced security professional to join a growing team. The ideal candidate is reliable, customer-focused, and committed to maintaining a safe and welcoming residential environment.

Saturday & Sunday 3 pm- 11 pm

Flexibility required based on operational needs

Provide professional and courteous customer service to residents, guests, and contractors

Monitor and control building access, including visitor sign-in and sign-out procedures

Conduct regular patrols of the property (interior and exterior)

Monitor CCTV systems and alarms to ensure building security
-
Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and resident concerns

Enforce property rules, policies, and safety procedures

Maintain accurate daily logs and incident reports
-
Manage amenity bookings, including party room reservations

Answer resident inquiries and provide general assistance

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized concierge/security desk

Liaise with emergency services when required

Perform additional duties as assigned

Valid Ontario Security Guard License (required)

Minimum 1–3 years of security experience (condominium experience preferred)

Minimum 3 years of customer service experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities

Strong attention to detail and observational skills

Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations

Basic computer proficiency

Strong telephone etiquette

Ability to follow policies, procedures, and protocols

Parking Enforcement Certification

First Aid & CPR Level C Certification

Previous concierge experience (2+ years)
-
Experience working in a condominium environment
