Duties
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records for multiple condominium properties using accounting software such as QuickBooks and Shiftsuite.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to verify accuracy of financial data.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, including budgets, account analysis, and audit documentation to support property management decisions.
- Conduct regular auditing procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Oversee payroll processing for property staff, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.
- Assist with budgeting activities by analyzing expenses and forecasting future financial needs for each condominium association.
Skills
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, shiftsuite, Sage, or PeopleSoft is essential.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, accounts payable/receivable management, and bank reconciliation techniques.
- Experience with corporate finance practices including budgeting, account analysis, and auditing procedures.
- Knowledge of payroll processing within a property management context.
- Ability to perform detailed account reconciliation and financial statement preparation.
- Familiarity with financial services related to property management and condominium operations.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in all financial tasks.
