Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, extractions, and pediatrics-focused treatments.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and diagnostic findings.
- Utilize dental software such as Epic and Dentrix for charting, scheduling, billing, and maintaining accurate patient records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional patient experiences.
- Educate patients on oral health practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental techniques, materials, and industry standards including CAD (Computer-Aided Design) for restorative work.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, medical terminology standards, and infection control procedures.
Requirements
- Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice as an Associate Dentist.
- Proven experience in general dentistry; experience with pediatric dentistry (Pediatrics) is a plus.
- Proficiency in dental office management software such as Dentrix and familiarity with Epic electronic health records system.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to dental care.
- Experience working in a busy dental office environment with excellent patient communication skills.
- Knowledge of CAD technology for designing restorations or prosthetics is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Pay: $101,992.57-$417,203.57 per year
